The co-design workshop “Amorgos Windmills | Adaptive Reuse and Energy Transition” takes palce in Amorgos in April 18-19, 2026. The two-day co-design workshop aims to co-shape, together with the local community and stakeholders, a common vision for the future of the windmills of Chora, Amorgos.
We invite you to discuss and provide answers to the following questions:
- How could the windmills “work” again?
- What would be the scenarios for energy utilization?
- In what way could this be done so that it respects the history and identity of the island?
