At Το Μπουλούκι, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. You may return or exchange a product under the following conditions:
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use cannot be accepted.
Please contact us first at store@boulouki.org to request return approval.
Once approved, the product may be:
Returned in person to our office, or
Shipped back using a courier (at the customer’s expense).
Ensure the package is properly sealed to prevent damage in transit.
Το Μπουλούκι bears no responsibility for loss or damage during return shipment.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original order, within X business days of receiving the returned item.
In cases of faulty or incorrect items, all return shipping costs will be covered by Το Μπουλούκι, and a replacement will be sent free of charge.
