For your convenience and transaction security, payments are processed exclusively through trusted partners.
We currently accept:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) — All card payments are securely handled via Stripe.
International Bank Transfer (for orders outside the EU). All related bank charges or transfer fees are borne by the customer.
Orders are shipped via courier service or can be picked up from the Boulouki offices (no extra charge).
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for shipment or collection.
Domestic deliveries (Greece): Estimated delivery time: X–X business days.
International deliveries: Estimated delivery time: X–X business days.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and selected delivery method (Standard or Express).
For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are solely the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders may be collected by appointment from our office during working hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00–16:00).
